The Signal - Energy Forecast for the month ahead
The Signal: The Tulip and the Oak Tree
March is going to bring with it the answers that many are looking for.
It has this feeling of fertile ground and answers that will bring you peace of mind and a path forward to what you are looking to grow in your life. But there is a danger of getting caught up in the external world and allowing that to knock you off your center. Do not let it. Your center is your own, and there are opportunities this month to root yourself in the present moment that will allow you to feel sturdy and strong.
The energy really wants you to plant the seeds now that you are holding onto. You are afraid that if you plant that bulb now, you will see it dug up by some unseen force, pushing you aside and telling you you can’t have the tulip you are hoping for.
But I’m telling you that you NEED to plant that bulb. If you don’t, that bulb will shrivel and die in your hands. In an effort to control and “protect,” you are allowing life to slip through your fingers.
The best part is, you think you are planting a tulip, but you are actually planting a sturdy oak tree. One with deep roots that will grow tall and strong with branches far-reaching like hands outstretched for connection in supplication and peace.
When we think we aren’t ready, the best things will show up. Say yes. Plant the bulb now, in the heavy mud of March. When the collective energy shifts and the winds pick up next month, you won't be blown over. You will be anchored.
Strong roots weather storms. And you will too.

The Making of the CEO: The Podcast Pivot

Admitting that I was wrong….
I want to pull the curtain back on something I've been working on behind the scenes: the launch of the Soul Signals podcast.
We recently ran a private beta test of our first few episodes, and I’m going to be completely honest with you: it was okay, but it wasn't great. It felt a bit like eavesdropping on a casual meetup. It meandered. And frankly - I was bored listening to myself! ha!
In the past, my "good girl" conditioning would have made me ignore the data just to keep the peace and avoid stepping on toes with my cohosts. I would have let it stay a "cute hobby." Mostly because that was easier than dealing with conflict and asking for what I needed (not wanted - NEEDED). But building an empire requires you to be ruthless with your boundaries and your vision.
So, I stepped into the Executive Producer role. I completely restructured the show, implemented a 9-month curriculum, took the Anchor seat, and changed the entire recording dynamic to stop the energy leaks. Myself and my two cohosts just recorded our first three episodes under the new format this weekend, and the difference is electric. I am SO happy that we asked for feedback, that I was courageous and put together the new format and arrangement, and that we implemented changes I was scared to do before. Excited about what will happen is an understatement!
The takeaway for you? You are allowed to change the format of your life. If a project, a relationship, or a business structure isn't working, you don't have to suffer through it just because you already started. Look at the data, claim your authority, and rebuild the container.

The Practice - Intuition Exercise
The Practice: Getting your Center from within
If you saw my recent post on social media, you will know my mediumship hot take is I don’t believe in signs and symbols from spirit. I know that is controversial! I believe the significance we put on feathers, rainbows, butterflies etc is what is for US. Spirit doesn’t truly send those things to us. BUT they are there with us when we are focused on them. If the trigger to think about your loved one is a penny on the ground, then that still has meaning. It’s just OUR meaning. Not Spirit’s.
Because of that, I don't teach my clients to rely on external signs and symbols. When you outsource your intuition to license plates and pennies, you give your power away to coincidence.
Your physical body is the most highly advanced psychic antenna on the planet. This month, I want you to practice the Direct Line.
Instead of asking the universe for a sign about a decision you need to make, try this:
Close your eyes and think about Option A. Don't think about the logistics, just hold the idea of it in your mind.
Scan your body. Does your chest tighten? Does your breathing get shallow? Does your stomach drop? (This is your internal "No" or "Danger" signal).
Now, clear your mind and think about Option B.
Scan your body again. Do your shoulders drop? Does your chest feel expansive or lighter? Do you feel a quiet, grounded stillness? (This is your internal "Yes").
Spirit doesn't need to send you a billboard. They communicate directly through your nervous system. Learn your body's specific "Yes" and "No," and you will never need to wait for a butterfly again.
